Each tablet provides 197mg L-Tryptophan, 148mg L-Arginine, 120mg Lemon Balm, 35mg ϒ-aminobutyric acid (GABA), 35mg Fish Protein Hydrolysate, 9.4mg Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), 8mg Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), 7.8mg Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1), 126μg Folic Acid (Vitamin B9), 15μg Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12).
