Frequently Asked Questions

In mainland GB:

Order before 12pm Sun - Thurs, your order will take 1-2 working days.

Order after 12pm, your order will take 2 days to be delivered.

Once your order has been shipped, our courier will keep you informed of its delivery status.  

You’ll receive an email the day before the delivery is due and one on the day of delivery, both specifying a delivery time. You’ll also receive an email once your order has been delivered. 

It will take 48 hours to deliver to certain towns within the following counties: 

Aberdeenshire, Antrim, Argyll, Armagh, Banffshire, Caithness, County Down, Fermanagh, Guernsey, Inverness-shire, Isle of Barra, Isle of Bute, Isle of Man, Isle of Siclly, Isle of Skye, Jersey, Kincardineshire, Londonderry, Morayshire, Nairnshire, Perthshire, Ross-shire, Sutherland & Tyrone. 

It will take 72 hours to deliver to certain towns within the following counties: 

Isle of Arran, Isle of Barra, Isle of Benbecula, Isle of Canna, Isle of Coll, Isle of Colonsay, Isle of Cumbrae, Isle of Eigg, Isle of Gigha, Isle of Harris, Inverness-Shire, Isle of Iona, Isle of Islay, Isle of Jura, Isle of Lewis, Isle of Mull, Isle of North Uist, Isle of Orkney, Isle of Rhum, Isle of Scalpay, Isle of Shetland, Isle of South Uist & Isle of Tiree.

Yes we accept returns, you have 14 days to cancel your order after receiving your purchase, provided it’s unopened and unused. Orders are typically dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding bank/public holidays. If an order is placed late on Friday or during the weekend, it will be dispatched the following week. 

Saturday, Sunday, and public/bank holidays are non-working days.
