Each capsule contains the following scientifically proven ingredients:

N-Acetyl D Glucosamine (99% pure) 130mg, Quercetin (95% pure) 15mg, L-Tryptophan (99% Pure) 40mg

Each capsule is gelatin free and is made from vegetable ingredients.

For optimal benefit we recommend splitting the administration rate into 2 feeds per day.

*This amount can be given as one capsule one day, followed by two capsules the next day, and so on, if preferred.
